Downloaded "Free" Trial Version, but no function? - Version: 2.0, 10/8/2008 08:47AM PST

I downloaded the trial version, developer says "Free" trial copy. But there is only a couple of screen snapshots, no functionality at all. Is the download not functional?
Also, multiple CL cities is good, but what I really want is to automatically re-post selected deleted CL postings. Any chance that will be in an updated version?
