Huge files, no support - Version: 1.7, 11/6/2008 12:58PM PST

I bought this to convert a small 384kb swf file and a couple others. The conversion took over 2 hours (MacBook Pro) and created a mov file over 6gb in size. Tried it with another swf file and same thing---long conversion time and huge file. So I contacted the company for support. In repeated requests for help, I've not received a single reply or acknowledgement. They do NOT support the product. It is basically worthless because who needs 6gb conversion files.
