libavcodec based QuickTime Media Decompressor component. Support avc1, MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 Video Media. Support some H.264 Main/Hi-Profile features. Source codes are included, and free software under GPL V2. Uses libavcodec.a and others from ffmpeg SVN. (Universal Binary)

Fix memory handling. Minor fixes. Sync core to ffmpeg SVN-15442.
