Product Description:

Loan calculator and amortizer that calculates loan payments and generates amortization schedules using a wide range of options. AmLoan offers features not found in other loan calculators:

simple and compound interest
US rule amortization (no interest on interest)
six different day count conventions
four rounding options
odd first period with a user entered first payment date
actual to first day count for the first period
adjusted rate after n payments
interest only payments
extra or last balloon payment

What's new in this version:

revised interface to make it consistent with other ParanzaSoft applications
added Preferences that set the compute options for new documents
new Check for Updates menu command makes it easier to check for updates and to download newer versions
new Registration menu command lets registered users check and save their license info
new Open Recent menu command provides a list of recently opened documents
enhanced the Currencies window and its related utility windows
the Maltese Lira and the Cyprus Pound have joined the European Monetary Union and are now listed as EMU currencies
Euro exchange rates for the Brazilian Real, the New Turkish Lira and the New Romanian Leu can now be updated automatically
internal optimizations and minor bug fixes
