  • easy addition of new files (importing),
  • organization of files in hierarchical folders,
  • optional organization of files by date,
  • easy access to existing files (browsing, finding, smart folders exporting, printing)

If preferences could be added to automatically open file by double clicking on it, it would save a small step of having to click on the preview icon in bottom right of windows. I also discovered that if you access the 'database' over a network using a computer without the program installed, it shows up as a folder with all the PDF files inside nicely organized. I'm liking this application more as I use it.

Records Master ReviewTime Saver - Version: 6.5, 6/28/2008 05:20PM PST

Tried this for less than an hour to realize that it would save me time. Been using it for a couple of days now and have incorporated it into my business as an efficient way of filing invoices and other misc. bills efficiently. Yes, you can do the the things this program does manually, but nearly as quickly. Nice work. Worked fine with Leopard and over a Network.

Records Master CommentaryDo Not Buy This Software - Version: 5.82, 9/26/2007 08:17AM PST

Do not buy this software. The developer will not support it. I was a registered user for the past two years when, suddenly my computer wanted the original password which I no longer had. I emailed the developer and was told I had never purchased it! I sent him at least six e-mails where we had corresponded in fixing a problem with the software in 2006. In spite of evidence that I was, in fact, a registered user, he was adamant that I never purchased the software and refused to give me the key I had paid for. As a result I had to find another way to accomplish what this software purports to do. Luckily, I found that you do not need this software as organization of folders in the Finder does exactly the same thing!
