SplashID Password Manager CommentaryError in version numbers and products - Version: 4.14, 8/7/2008 09:15AM PST

VersionTracker Pro 4.5.1 mistakenly cross-references SplashID Desktop for iPhone (currently at 4.02) with SplashID Standalone Desktop (4.1.4) They are two separate products at two separate revision levels. Please adjust your database to reflect.

The same applies for SplashShopper Desktop.

Thank you,

I saw today that SplashID 4 for Mac OS X was released, a long awaited upgrade. The upgrade was only $9.95 for me. Before installing, I exported my SplashID database in the desktop version, and then uninstalled version 3 (including the Palm conduit in MissingSync). I also deleted everything off of my Palm. I then installed v. 4, and hotsynced my Palm a couple times. Then I imported the previously exported SplashID file, and hotsynced again. It all looks good and works fine. I'm running OS 10.5.2 on a new MacBook, and using MissingSync 6.0.3 for Mac / Palm.

This was the last application I was using that wasn't universal. It finally loads like it should, fast. The only thing I had to correct was some of the icons were changed.

SplashID Password Manager CommentaryDoesn't work for me on Leopard - Version: 3.32, 11/14/2007 07:57AM PST

SplashID now crashes on launch for me on both on G5 and Intel Mini on 10.5.0. It may be related to the recent QuickTime update, since I believe it worked before that. In any case, the version 4 update to the Mac version is somewhat overdue.
