Cleaning Agent is a computer hard drive cleaning software. It is a handy disk utility that cleans your disks of unwanted files and folders fast. The developer's description is a bit misleading. I thought this application would search my disk and find files and folders that are useless or empty or that otherwise should be deleted. All it seems to do is delete ALL files and folders that are a certain age. For example, you can tell it to delete ALL files in the Documents folder that are more than 18 months old. I don't see how this is useful for most people. Sure, most people don't need all their old files, but they usually want to keep SOME of their old files.

Also, help is non-existent.

When using version checker, I always get error message: "Problem: Error reading version data file." E-mail support is apparently non existent. I received no response to either of the two messages that I submitted to Ancodia. I don't yet have the operating experience with this product to formulate a recommendation.
