User interface is unintuitive. How can something so simple in concept be impossible to make work right. Tried everything. For good programs there should be no need to RTFM. I've seen many things that needed no RTFM. Plus, never got it save a custom folder. Just got "DEMO" and blank icon. DO NOT PAY MONEY FOR THIS TRASH!!!!! People who write software should spend a little time making at work. $0.01 is too much for this. Make your demo work and then maybe people will buy. Don't try to be cutsie. For an example of good software, see graphic converter. Iconeer is pure poo.

several icon utilities and iconeer is by far my favorite. Plug-ins for Photoshop require you to res and re res your images to size wasting valuable pixels. With a utility like Iconeer you use the packages that are best suited for creating your art and the others for your masks . Finally uniting them in one neat app like Iconeer.
